pkrbat Terms and Conditions — Rules & Platform Usage Policy

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "pkrbat", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pkrbat platform and the company operating it.
• "you", "player", "user" refers to any individual who accesses or uses pkrbat's website, services or products.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on pkrbat.
• "Wallet" means the PKR balance held within a player's pkrbat account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet or bonus amount credited to a player's account by pkrbat.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Real Funds" means money deposited by a player via a supported payment method.
• "Services" means all betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, live scores, VIP Club and any other features accessible through pkrbat.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all transactions on pkrbat.

To use pkrbat's paid services, you must first register a free account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. pkrbat strictly enforces its 18+ policy and will require identity verification at any point to confirm your age.
• You may hold only one active pkrbat account. If pkrbat discovers that you have opened or are operating more than one account, all accounts may be suspended and any associated balances forfeited without notice.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. This includes your real name, valid mobile number and date of birth. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registration is open to individuals in jurisdictions where online betting is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in pkrbat's services is lawful in your location.
• pkrbat accounts are strictly personal. You may not register an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account, regardless of their relationship to you.
• pkrbat reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your pkrbat account credentials. This includes your login details, password, and any two-factor authentication device linked to your account.

• Never share your pkrbat password with any person. pkrbat will never contact you by any channel asking you to reveal your password — if this happens, report it immediately to support@pkrbat.biz.
• You are responsible for all bets placed and all activity conducted under your account login, whether authorised by you or not. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pkrbat support immediately and change your password.
• pkrbat may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. You may be asked to provide a copy of a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), recent utility bill, or other documents. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
• Withdrawals over certain amounts will always require full verification to be completed before funds are released. This is a standard security measure applied across all pkrbat accounts.
• pkrbat uses industry-standard encryption on all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over public or unsecured networks — use pkrbat on trusted connections where possible.

All financial transactions on pkrbat are conducted exclusively in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200. Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your pkrbat account.
• Supported payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. pkrbat does not accept cryptocurrency or anonymous payment methods.
• Processing times: Deposits are credited to your pkrbat wallet instantly. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes. Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to two business days depending on your bank.
• Withdrawal fees: pkrbat does not charge a fee for withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own service charges — pkrbat is not responsible for any such fees.
• pkrbat reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed identity verification.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to an existing pkrbat account will be refunded to the originating payment method. pkrbat is not liable for funds sent in error by the player.
• Bonus funds and real funds are held separately in your pkrbat wallet. Real funds are always used first when placing bets, unless a specific bonus is explicitly activated.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on pkrbat, including cricket, football, kabaddi and all other markets offered:

• A bet is confirmed once you receive on-screen confirmation from pkrbat. Bets cannot be cancelled or changed after confirmation, except where pkrbat has specifically offered a cash-out or edit-bet facility on that market.
• pkrbat publishes odds in decimal format by default. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed — the odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event that an error results in an incorrect odds display (e.g. a clear pricing error), pkrbat reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Match and market void rules apply where a fixture is abandoned, postponed beyond the permitted time window, or where the result cannot be determined from the official governing body's records. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's pkrbat wallet.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. pkrbat may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed during a suspension will be voided.
• Minimum single bet stake: Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Combination and accumulator bets are available on selected markets. Each selection in an accumulator must be from an independent event — combining related selections from the same match in an accumulator is not permitted and such bets will be voided.
• pkrbat uses official match data from recognised governing bodies (PCB, ICC, FIFA, etc.) for settlement purposes. Third-party data sources, broadcasts or unofficial updates are not used for settlement.

pkrbat's casino and live dealer products — including Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and Jackpot Slots — are governed by the following rules in addition to the general Terms:

• All live dealer games are operated using physical cards and equipment dealt by trained dealers in a professional studio environment. Game outcomes are determined by the physical result of each deal and are not generated by software algorithms.
• Jackpot Slots and other slot products use certified random number generation for all outcomes. Payout return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available on request from pkrbat support.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game hand or spin, the game will be completed according to its pre-set rules and the outcome recorded by the server. pkrbat is not liable for losses caused by internet disruption on the player's side.
• Should a technical fault occur during a game session that prevents the game from completing normally, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned. pkrbat support should be contacted immediately if this occurs.
• Players may not use automated software, bots or AI-assisted decision tools when playing live dealer games or slots. Any such use will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits for each casino game and table are displayed within the game interface before the round begins.

pkrbat offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds section of your pkrbat wallet. Bonus funds are not withdrawable and may not be transferred to another player's account.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. This means bonus funds must be turned over a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real funds. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly at the time of the offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated for each promotion. Bonus funds that expire before the requirement is met will be removed from your account along with any winnings generated from those funds.
• pkrbat reserves the right to exclude certain game categories or markets from contributing to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, for example, may contribute at a reduced rate compared to sports betting markets.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Players cannot claim multiple welcome bonuses or combine bonuses unless pkrbat explicitly states otherwise.
• pkrbat reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In such cases, players who have already opted in and begun wagering will be given reasonable time to complete the requirement unless the promotion was withdrawn due to abuse.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using matched betting strategies to eliminate risk on bonus wagering, or colluding with other players — will result in all bonuses being voided and the account being reviewed for closure.

The pkrbat VIP Club offers four membership tiers — Bronze, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with progressively improved benefits at each level. Membership in the VIP Club is subject to the following conditions:

• VIP tier progression is based on cumulative activity on pkrbat. Specific activity thresholds for each tier are published on the VIP Club page and are subject to change.
• VIP benefits — including cashback, enhanced odds and priority withdrawals — are applied at pkrbat's discretion and may be modified at any time without prior notice.
• VIP status and associated rewards are personal to the account holder. They may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other person.
• pkrbat reserves the right to downgrade or remove VIP status from any player whose activity falls below the required threshold for their current tier, or where pkrbat has reason to believe that the activity generating the tier status does not reflect genuine recreational betting.
• Cashback rewards credited through the VIP programme may carry their own wagering requirements, which will be stated at the time of the credit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkrbat and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, including accounts in another person's name or using a third party's identity or payment details.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play casino games or interact with any pkrbat service.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors to place bets or play games at an unintended advantage. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event or casino game outcome.
• Money laundering or using pkrbat to process the proceeds of criminal activity. pkrbat complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Bonus abuse in any form, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or using coordinated betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational risk.
• Threatening, harassing, abusing or using offensive language toward pkrbat staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on pkrbat — including but not limited to the pkrbat brand name, logo, website design, odds data, written content, images, software code and game interfaces — is owned by or licensed to pkrbat. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any pkrbat content without our express written permission. Using pkrbat's name, logo or brand assets in any external communication without authorisation is prohibited.

pkrbat collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on pkrbat, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. In summary:

• pkrbat collects personal data for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations, and improving the platform.
• pkrbat does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• pkrbat may share data with identity verification providers, payment processors and regulatory bodies where required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to pkrbat's legal obligations and retention requirements.

pkrbat is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all its players. The following tools and policies are in place:

• Deposit limits: Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately. Requests to increase a limit will take 24 hours to process.
• Session time reminders: Players can configure reminders that notify them after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from pkrbat can activate self-exclusion from account settings for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period has elapsed.
• pkrbat's responsible gaming team monitors account activity for patterns associated with problem gambling and may proactively contact players or apply restrictions where necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrbat's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• pkrbat is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform, whether foreseeable or not.
• pkrbat is not responsible for losses incurred due to technical failures, internet disruptions, or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events or third-party service outages.
• pkrbat is not liable for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or your failure to maintain the security of your account.
• In all cases, pkrbat's total liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real funds deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkrbat reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, match fixing or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, court direction or regulatory instruction requiring account suspension.
• The player's voluntary request to close their account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, pkrbat reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed without fault on the player's part, any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method.

pkrbat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkrbat will notify registered players by email or via an on-site notification at least seven days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Minor updates — such as clarifications to existing provisions that do not materially affect player rights — may be made without advance notice. The date shown at the top of this page reflects when these terms were last revised. Continued use of pkrbat after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrbat is incorporated. Any unresolved dispute between you and pkrbat shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits pkrbat's right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent ongoing breach of these terms.
